Candle lit Reiki and Hypnotherapy workshop
A wonderful way to spend a couple of hours completely winding down.
These workshops are once a month.
They begin with a group hypnotherapy session followed by reiki given as a group and then individually.
The workshop will be on topics such as anxiety, self-confidence, resilience and stress management.
Bring along a blanket, eyepatches, your favourite crystals and whatever else makes you comfortable and cosy.
