Join professional dance artists Noyale Colins and Charlotte Morrell to explore your creativity, improve balance, build strength, and most importantly, have a fun, social time. The programme is so effective at reducing falls in older people, and improving wellbeing, that it has become the only class of its kind with NHS approval
