Whatever your current level of fitness, join and increase your movement vocabulary. Pilates and movement classes at the Woodfield Pavilion will make you move more easily and enjoy moving more. Regardless of your current fitness levels, these fun, friendly classes focus on your physical abilities, reminding you of your movement possibilities. Challenge yourself safely and strengthen, lengthen and get more flexible in the spacious, ventilated Pavilion.
Serena's been privileged to meet and teach countless amazing people who continue to inspire and show her the difference regular practice can make at any age. She completed the two-year, 1200-hour comprehensive Pilates Foundation teacher training in 2006 and combines a creative approach with 16 years teaching experience and knowledge to create classes that challenge, but are always encouraging, engaging, and fun.
