Francesca always had a passion for movement and holistic wellbeing.

As a Qualified Psychologist, Francesca really believes in the balance between mind and body. Since 2016, after the birth of her second child, Francesca pursued her long-term interest in Pilates by recently achieving her BASI (Body Art Science International) Mat Qualification. Pilates helped Francesca to increase strength and mobility both in her core and lower back and she loves spreading the message!

Beginner Pilates relieves stress and tension promoting core strength and muscular balance. All levels are welcome.
