Kundalini Yoga is a gentle and powerful technology to support us in our lives. Through the use of postures, breathwork, mantra and regular practise, you begin to notice a renewed sense of vitality, ease and resilience. Suitable for any age or ability, this yoga is easily adapted.
Sarah has been practising yoga for 20 years and began to teach after falling in love with Kundalini Yoga, whilst pregnant with her first child.
