Nick Hale, born in 1934, has spent most of his working life first as a freelance film editor, then cameraman, on documentaries and current affairs programmes for television, travelling extensively and covering a wide variety of subjects.
The display on the walls is a selection from his archives of photographs taken while “off duty” from the fifties to the present, curated by Janet Baker.
They are 20” x 16” prints on Resin Coated paper. The prints for sale are silver gelatin on fibre based paper from the original negatives, and selenium toned for permanence, and many are in archival mounts, and a few are framed.
