An introduction to Kundalini Yoga.
This series of classes will use the techniques of Kundalini Yoga to warm, nourish and energise during the cold winter months. Expect yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation. No experience necessary.
Sarah has been practising yoga for 20 years. and is a KRI certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga. She loves sharing the magical world of this weird and wonderful practise, and all the benefits it can bring.
STARTING 10TH JAN - Main HALL - WOODFIELD 11AM-12noon
£8 per class for whole term, £15 drop in.
Tuesday 10th Jan through to Tuesday 21st March, with a half term break on Tuesday 14th.
