AN INTRODUCTION TO KUNDALINI YOGA.
This series of classes will use the techniques of Kundalini Yoga to warm, nourish and energise during the cold winter months. Expect movement, breathwork, and meditation. No experience necessary.
Sarah has been practising yoga for 20 years. and is a KRI Level 1 certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga. She loves sharing the magical world of this weird and wonderful practise, and all the benefits it can bring.
