Come and join us on our new Look.Listen.Discover. Wellbeing walks and step into a journey of self-reflection, healing and connection with the natural world.

There are three Spring walks available in March.

Rediscover the beauty that lies within and around you, whilst walking on Tooting Common.We invite you to engage your senses,using Forest Bathing, Sound Healing and photography as therapy. Mark your calendars and join us at Tooting Cafe. We will end up at The Woodfield Pavillion for a reflection exercise which will involve photography as therapy. We will also gather as a group for refreshments of tea & coffee and a biscuit or two!

ABOUT SARAH: Sarah is a professional musician, vocal coach and trained Sound Healer. She runs Sound Baths and collaborative sound workshops in East Sussex and London. Sarah has always been aware of the profound and transformative effect of sound and how it promotes a sense of wellbeing. She believes by aligning with the vibration and beauty of nature we can connect to ourselves on a deeper level. By developing our listening skills, we reconnect to our environment and open our mind to a bigger perception of our outer and inner world. Read more about Sarah Stephenson

ABOUT AMY: Amy is a local Tooting professional photographer for over twenty years and is also a qualified forest bathing guide. Amy feels that working outside with photography and being in nature is very important in her work with people. She is an advocate of using photography to promote positive mental well-being to help enjoy the outdoors and explore all the fantastic places we are surrounded by in South London. Amy believes that photographs are memories captured in time which last forever. What to wear and bring:

  • Sensible comfortable clothes and supportive shoes

  • Waterproof jacket advisable in case of light showers

  • Water to stay hydrated

Places are limited so don't miss out-book early. You are welcome to book for our first event in our Spring series of walks on March 1st and drop in for £47. The walks are designed as a series to follow on from each other-they will be unique- at a cost of £127 for all three walks. Although each walk is a unique experience you can drop into any of the following dates if you wish:
