Notice is hereby given under clause 11 (a) of its constitution, of the sixth Annual General Meeting of TWP, 2020. Due to the current circumstances with COVID-19, the meeting will be held virtually on Zoom.
Anyone interested is welcome to attend and participate fully, but only members may vote in the elections. We rely on help from volunteers, members and trustees to keep the Pavilion running. As a member, you pay just £10 a year to be part of the charity, and this helps us go forward with vital funding applications for the Pavilion. If you are interested in becoming a member then please contact us via our website.
TWP is a charitable trust managed by a Board of Trustees and welcomes enquiries from people who might wish to join at any point in the year. Those wishing to be nominated at the AGM can register their interest by contacting us at thewoodfieldproject@gmail.com before 5 October.

Under Clause 13 (1) of TWP’s constitution, two trustees must retire: Elisabeth Powell and Anthony Gilmour. Neither are eligible for re-election.
