Yoga is the process of unfolding and remaining curious to all possibilities which feeds into all that it brings to my life and my family, and also to develop a greater understanding of myself. Yoga has taken me all over the world, opened many doors and welcomed in many great friendships which I hope to continue to share - Tracy Bickley
Wellbeing Day - 8am to 12pm
With the New Year on the horizon it’s the perfect time to set resolutions for 2020. Resolutions made during our yoga practice help to inform us in very practical ways how our practice resonates off the yoga mat.
Whether it’s changing unhelpful habits or thoughts; sankalpas support us to focus our mind and energy on creating the change we want.
Resolutions can be a positive, fun and creative tools to release unwanted patterns that stop us from moving in the direction we want in life and inspire us to be more engaged in for filling our hearts true desire.
Next year I will be holding Well Being days for those students who would like to deepen their yoga practice and bring more awareness to how each Season supports our growth.
YOGAWAVES WELL - BEING DAYS
These will be small groups, please book in advance. Equipment and refreshments will be provided. If you would like to book a facial, please let me know.
