A fun workshop and delicious lunch, in partnership with Healthy Living Platform. You'll learn sustainable cooking and how to waste nothing.

In this workshop run in partnership with Healthy Living Platform and the Woodfield Pavillion: join Zoe Marks -Healthy Living Platform Chef- to learn how to create delicious plant-based dishes without wasting anything - helping you make the most of your food, whilst helping the planet.

What’s included?:

Root to stem cooking - discover ways to use the whole of the vegetable, without wasting anything. Did you know that the stalk, peel and the leaves that people usually throw out are often the most nutritious part of the vegetable?

Learn to make a selection of plant-based dishes using ingredients that might otherwise be wasted.

Lots of tips on how to cook more sustainably.

You will leave with the skills and confidence to cook delicious meals in a sustainable way that is good for both yourself and the planet.

The workshop is £15 - this is a significantly reduced rate and is simply to cover the costs of running the workshop. Please consider the offer to pay for a place for someone who cannot afford it.
