What does, 'engage your core' mean to you? Does it help you to move beautifully and enjoy moving? Serena did her first Pilates back before anyone thought about 'core'. This workshop will cover the concept of 'core' and different ways of moving. Centering and trunk stability are integral to Pilates - understand the differences between these and 'working your core'. Pilates is whole body movement with different ways to mobilise, challenge, strengthen your whole body.
