The theme of this workshop is ‘LETTING GO’ As we gather for this workshop, we are reminded of the beautiful cycles of nature, especially in this season. Just as nature prepares for winter, releasing what is no longer needed, you too are invited to practice the art of letting go.
In autumn, trees shed their leaves in a graceful surrender, knowing that letting go is essential for future growth. The trees do not resist this change—they embrace it, trusting that new leaves will return in the spring. This natural process symbolizes a powerful truth: to make room for renewal, we must first release what no longer serves us.
This breathwork meditation journey is designed to help release attachments, emotions, or thoughts that no longer serve you. You will leave this session feeling lighter, more positive and with a deeper sense of peace and freedom.
