THE EPIC OF GILGAMESH
STORYTELLING EVENING - with the South London Storytellers.
As part of the Festival of the Dead
The oldest story in the world, written on clay tablets and buried in the sand for nearly 4,000 years, tells the tale of Gilgamesh, the tyrant King of Uruk. Two thirds God one third man, no-one can challenge him. Until a wild man is created to be his equal. A story of friendship, hubris , grief, and the subversive power of women and the Gods. Explored and shared by five local storytellers. Truly, a story for our times.

Soma Breathwork Workshop - with Isabel Campos
Sunday, October 13 - 10:00-11:30 AM
Early Bird Price before 20th September £25.50. Full price £28.50.
The theme of this workshop is ‘LETTING GO’ As we gather for this workshop, we are reminded of the beautiful cycles of nature, especially in this season. Just as nature prepares for winter, releasing what is no longer needed, you too are invited to practice the art of letting go.
In autumn, trees shed their leaves in a graceful surrender, knowing that letting go is essential for future growth. The trees do not resist this change—they embrace it, trusting that new leaves will return in the spring. This natural process symbolizes a powerful truth: to make room for renewal, we must first release what no longer serves us.
This breathwork meditation journey is designed to help release attachments, emotions, or thoughts that no longer serve you. You will leave this session feeling lighter, more positive and with a deeper sense of peace and freedom.
Your experience will be supercharged by SOMA Breath's unique and uplifting brain entrainment music as you are guided on a journey into an altered state of consciousness.
Get ready for a journey of self-discovery as you connect with your breath elevating your mind, body, and spirit!
"The Breathwork experience was amazing! I have been feeling very anxious, ungrounded following a lot of change and grief and just haven't felt like me. I had booked this to become present, focus on myself and come within my body. I felt incredible. Isabel is brilliant and I can't wait to come back!" Becca Brown, Aldershot
This breathwork technique has the power to:
• reduce stress, anxiety, and depression
• awaken dormant parts of the brain
• enhance creativity and problem solving
• create heightened states of consciousness
• improve brain function and mind power
• stimulate stem cell rejuvenation for anti-aging and longevity
• reduce oxidative stress
• improve oxygen efficiency
• lower heart rate and blood pressure.
I am looking forward to guiding you through your journey to letting go.
