WHAT IS LYRICAL LOUNGE?

Lyrical Lounge is a welcoming sanctuary to explore the depths and joys of the soul through free-flow writing. Here, we celebrate the arts as pathways to connection and healing. You’re free to explore any writing format during the workshop. In this space, we gather, write, reflect—and have plenty of fun! Whether you’re a seasoned writer, a curious dabbler, or completely new, ecstatic writing offers not only the potential for mystical experiences but also for personal transformation and energetic activation.

Writing from our streams of thought and feeling opens us to deeper observation and reflection. By stepping aside and letting go, we often awaken a surprising inner strength—one that helps us process the unresolved and ignite the unexpressed. Ecstatic writing is an energetic art, leaving us inspired and activated!

You don’t need any writing experience to join us—just an open heart and mind. Lyrical Lounge is for everyone!

This circle shall be guided by Chris Chilton
