Yoga Workshop with Fenella Lindsell

YIN YOGA WORKSHOP 23RD FEBRUARY 2.30-5.30

FOR ALL ABILITIES

As we move towards a new season, we can give ourselves time to deeply stretch, release and restore. The workshop encourages longer holds in postures to reduce and prevent injury. We use props to facilitate this and finish with a guided yoga nidra.

£60 per person
